 How To Use  4G Kids Smart Watch 5.0 APP:

1. Scan QR code on the Instruction manual.

2. Download the APP “Setracker2” and Register your Account.

3. Choose language and server area. After you scan the device ID and fill in the account name and password, you need to choose the language and server of your area. There are 5 sever in the world now, Hong Kong, Asia and Oceania, North America, South America, Europe, and Africa.

Before shipping the watch, we set the IP address to your country’s IP address. If the service area you select differs from the watch’s IP address, the watch will be unable to connect to the network.

4. To bind the watch, scan the QR code sticker (ID) on the back case or enter the device ID. Each watch has a single ID which can only be used once and is used to connect between the watch and the tracker APP.

5. After completing the above steps to log in to the app and bind the watch device, you may notice that the watch can make a call, but the GPS is not functioning, and the APP indicates that the device is not online.

It could be that the watch’s IP address isn’t from your country, or that your mobile service provider isn’t on the server. Instead of filing a dispute, please contact us right away and we will provide technical assistance to assist you in resolving the issue.
